BatPro Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

Welcome to BatPro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the complete legal framework governing your use of the BatPro website located at batpro.click, all associated mobile interfaces, and any service, product, or game available through the BatPro platform. Whether you are placing a cricket bet, playing live Baccarat, joining a Ludo tournament, or simply browsing BatPro's odds pages, these Terms apply to every interaction you have with the platform.

BatPro has written these Terms in plain, direct English because we believe Pakistani players deserve clear, honest communication rather than impenetrable legal language designed to confuse rather than inform. That said, these are binding contractual terms. If anything here is unclear, please contact BatPro's support team before proceeding — not after.

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and BatPro. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: creating a BatPro account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino or table game, or accessing any restricted area of the BatPro platform that requires login.

If you are accessing BatPro on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that you personally take responsibility for their compliance. BatPro accepts no liability for unauthorised account access that arises from a player sharing login credentials with another person.

These Terms are supplemented by BatPro's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules displayed at the point of play or promotion entry. In the event of a direct conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules take precedence for that game only.

02Eligibility & Age Requirements

The BatPro platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of BatPro.
• You are accessing BatPro voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not under any self-exclusion order, cooling-off restriction, or third-party exclusion that would prohibit gambling activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any person employed by BatPro or its technology and content partners.
• You have not previously had a BatPro account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

BatPro takes underage gambling seriously and will verify age when there is any reason to suspect a player may be under 18. BatPro reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to withhold funds pending verification. Any winnings accumulated on an account later found to belong to a minor will be forfeited in full.

03Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one BatPro account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact BatPro support immediately.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering on BatPro. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any payment details you provide. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and loss of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your BatPro login credentials. BatPro strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform, enabling any additional security features available on your account, and never sharing your login details with any other person. BatPro will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain adequate security.

Verification Requirements

BatPro may at any time request identity verification documentation, which may include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport) and proof of payment method ownership. BatPro may withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

Currency

All transactions on BatPro — deposits, bets, winnings, withdrawals, and bonus amounts — are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency transactions are processed. No currency conversion fees apply.

Accepted Payment Methods

BatPro currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. BatPro may add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit on BatPro is Rs 200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts — even family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• BatPro does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your BatPro wallet instantly in most cases. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to a few hours during non-banking hours.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• BatPro's average Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 3 business hours.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. BatPro will request only the documentation necessary for compliance purposes.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Please review bonus-specific terms at the time of accepting any promotion.

05Betting Rules & Settlement

Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed on BatPro, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Please review your selection and stake carefully before confirming. BatPro is not responsible for bets placed in error — including wrong selection, wrong stake amount, or misunderstood market description.

Odds

All odds on BatPro are displayed in decimal format. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is accepted are the odds at which the bet will settle, regardless of subsequent price movements. BatPro reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors — a clearly mispriced market does not create a valid contract and BatPro may void such bets and return stakes.

Settlement

Sports betting markets on BatPro settle based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this means ICC or the relevant board's official result. For football, the final score after 90 minutes plus injury time (unless otherwise stated in the market rules). For kabaddi, the official PKL or equivalent body's result. In the event of a dispute over the official result, BatPro's decision — based on available official sources — is final.

Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned before the point at which a result can be determined under the relevant sport's rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Events postponed by less than 24 hours will generally be settled on the rescheduled fixture. Events postponed by more than 24 hours will result in all pre-match bets being voided. Live in-play bets are settled based on the score and state of play at the moment of abandonment, according to the specific in-play market rules.

Maximum Winnings

BatPro operates maximum payout limits which vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed in the relevant market descriptions. Winnings exceeding these limits on a single bet will be capped at the applicable maximum. Accumulator bets are subject to combined maximum payout limits.

06Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

BatPro offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms displayed at the time the promotion is offered. The following general rules apply to all BatPro bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new BatPro accounts making their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, device, and IP address applies.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as real money. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in its promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the bonus terms. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed along with any bonus winnings derived from them.
• BatPro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be retrospectively affected by withdrawal of that specific promotion.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Certain game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than sports bets. Check the specific promotion terms for full details.

07Live Casino Rules

The following rules apply specifically to BatPro's live dealer casino section, which includes but is not limited to Live Baccarat, Live Teen Patti, Live Andar Bahar, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, and live game show titles.

• All live casino games on BatPro use certified dealing equipment and independently audited procedures. Game outcomes are determined by physical card dealing or certified RNG processes as appropriate to each game type.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round — including stream disconnection, software error, or dealing error — BatPro will settle the bet according to the state of the round at the point of failure, using any available game data. Where the round cannot be reconstructed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Bets placed after the dealer has announced "No More Bets" — whether or not they appear to have been accepted by the interface — are void. The betting timer on screen is the definitive indicator of the active betting window.
• Players must behave respectfully in the live chat function available at some BatPro tables. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language directed at dealers or other players will result in immediate removal from the table and may result in account suspension.
• BatPro's live casino minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each table before joining. Players are responsible for confirming limits before placing bets. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum will be voided to the maximum limit.

08Responsible Gaming

BatPro is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be an entertaining activity — it should never be a means of generating income, a response to financial difficulty, or a coping mechanism for personal problems. BatPro takes the following responsible gaming commitments seriously:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit take effect after a mandatory waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders and hard time limits from account settings.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days during which they cannot log in or place bets on BatPro.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request full self-exclusion from BatPro. Self-exclusion is implemented immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the player's account is suspended, all promotional communications are stopped, and no exceptions are made regardless of circumstances.
• Reality Checks: BatPro's platform can be configured to display regular reminders of time spent playing and net betting position for the current session.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BatPro. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one BatPro account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Using BatPro while subject to a self-exclusion, court order, or other restriction on gambling activity.
• Attempting to exploit pricing errors, system glitches, or technical faults to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to access BatPro or place bets.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a way that constitutes abuse rather than genuine play.
• Collaborating with other players to fix outcomes, exploit promotions, or otherwise defraud BatPro.
• Using BatPro for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing BatPro staff or other players in any communication channel.

BatPro employs fraud detection systems and reviews suspicious account activity regularly. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be eligible for any dispute resolution process relating to forfeited funds.

10Account Suspension & Closure

BatPro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached these Terms in any material way.
• BatPro has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• A player has filed a chargeback or payment reversal dispute with their payment provider without first contacting BatPro support.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player is found to be accessing BatPro from a jurisdiction where online betting is legally prohibited.
• BatPro is required to suspend or close an account due to a regulatory obligation or legal order.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at BatPro's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player breach — such as BatPro's withdrawal from a market — any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their most recent deposit method.

Players may also voluntarily close their BatPro account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any active bets at the time of closure request will be settled normally and winnings credited before closure is completed.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BatPro's liability to any player in connection with their use of the BatPro platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's BatPro account at the time the claim arises. BatPro is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or earnings that a player expected but did not receive.
• Losses arising from system downtime, internet connectivity failures, or device-related issues outside BatPro's control.
• Losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of odds, market rules, or game mechanics.
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by BatPro's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by BatPro. This limitation of liability provision does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law in Pakistan.

12Changes to These Terms

BatPro reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BatPro will provide reasonable notice to affected players through one or more of the following channels: a notice on the BatPro website, an in-account notification, or an email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of BatPro following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using BatPro and may request account closure. The most current version of these Terms is always available at batpro.click/terms-conditions and includes the date of the most recent update at the top of the document.

Minor clarifications, typo corrections, or changes that do not materially affect player rights may be made without specific notice. Substantive changes to withdrawal rules, bonus terms, or account closure procedures will always be communicated proactively to registered players.
