Account

No. BatPro strictly allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any winnings.

Visit batpro.click/login, enter your registered email and password, then click the Login button. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.

Account verification requires uploading a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a recent selfie. Go to Account Settings → Verify Identity after logging in. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Verified accounts have higher withdrawal limits and faster processing.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox. The reset link expires in 30 minutes for security.

To permanently close your account, contact our support team via live chat or email after logging in. All outstanding balances must be withdrawn before the account can be closed. Alternatively, if you need a temporary break, use our self-exclusion tool under Responsible Gaming settings.

Deposits & Withdrawals
